This is the privacy policy for theofficearm.com, run by The Office Arm LLC, Bronx, NY. It says what we collect, why, where it goes, and how to ask us about it.
What we collect and why
The start form asks for your name, company, phone, trade, what we should do first, and optionally your email and a note. We use it to call you back and to prepare the work you asked for.
We also record the page you came from and any campaign tags in the link you clicked, so we know which email or search brought you here.
For abuse prevention only, the server sees your IP address and browser type when you submit the form. They are used to rate-limit submissions and are not added to your record.
Analytics
We use Plausible, a cookieless analytics tool. It counts page views and a few events (button clicks, form submits, phone taps) in aggregate. It sets no cookies, does not track you across sites, and is not used for advertising.
We set no cookies of our own.
The booking calendar
The calendar on the start and contact pages is Google Calendar. When you book a time there, Google's privacy policy applies to what you enter.
Where your information goes
The form posts to our workflow tool, n8n, which creates a record in our CRM and emails hello@theofficearm.com. That is the whole path. We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing.
Client documents
If you become a client, the documents you send us (timesheets, payroll registers, plans, invoices, contracts) are confidential. They are stored in your own folder, used only to do the work you hired us for, and returned or deleted on request when the engagement ends.

Your choices
Email hello@theofficearm.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop any follow-up. We answer within one business day.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to records is limited to the founder and the people doing the work. We store no passwords for you and never ask for banking logins.
Children
The site and the service are for businesses. They are not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how we handle client documents are told to clients directly.
