Before that I ran restoration jobs for a SERVPRO franchise. Water losses, Xactimate estimates, insurance paperwork, the same office work under a different logo.
Every contractor I know does this paperwork at night or pays someone full time to do it. Neither is a good deal for a firm with eight people on the wall.
So I built the office I already run into a service. The forms are drafted by software I wrote for real jobs. A person, me or someone I trained, checks every line. You sign, we file.
